Congratulations to LAPC Theatre student actor/singer/dancer Rachel Logan, who has been selected as a finalist in the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival's Region VIII Musical Theatre Initiative (MTI) and will compete in the dancing portion of the KCACTF Cabaret competition later this week.
