L.A. Pierce College Theatre Arts is proud to announce that two of our students have been invited to compete in directing and design competitions at the 54th Annual Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival, which begins today and runs through Friday, Feb. 11. Roya Row is competing in the Stage Directors and Choreographers Society (SDC) Directing Initiative, and Pressley Jacobs' sound design for our Fall, 2021 production of "The Importance of Being Earnest" has been entered in the Design, Technology & Managment Program competition.

Best of luck to Roya and Pressley, as well as our 13 student nominees in the Irene Ryan Acting Scholarship competition!
